ABOUT ISLAM
|
The name of this religion is Islam, which is the root of "Silm" and "Salam" which means peace. Salam may also mean greeting one another with peace. One of the beautiful names of Allah is that He is the "Peace". It means more than that: submission to the One Allah, and to live in peace with the Creator, within one's self, with other people and with the environment. Thus, Islam is a total system of living. A Muslim is supposed to live in peace and harmony with all these segments; hence, a Muslim is any person anywhere in the world whose obedience, allegiance, and loyalty are to Allah, the Lord of the Universe.

Why introducing e-governance?
|
The purpose of implementing e-governance is to enhance good governance. Good governance is generally characterized by participation, transparency and accountability. The recent advances in communication technologies and the Internet provide opportunities to transform the relationship between governments and citizens in a new way, thus contributing to the achievement of good governance goals. The use of information technology can increase the broad involvement of citizens in the process of governance at all levels by providing the possibility of on-line discussion groups and by enhancing the rapid development and effectiveness of pressure groups. Advantages for the government involve that the government may provide better service in terms of time, making governance more efficient and more effective. In addition, the transaction costs can be lowered and government services become more accessible.
The fields of implementation of e-governance are:
• e-administration- refers to improving of government processes and of the internal workings of the public sector with new ICT-executed information processes.
• e-services- refers to improved delivery of public services to citizens. Some examples of interactive services are: requests for public documents, requests for legal documents and certificates, issuing permits and licenses.

Entrepreneurial youth
|
I will try to make answer on some Refuels statements and questions:
"Why not create your own enterprise, jobs, be entrepreneurial. Do you think this a solution as well?
Have government, or even trainers and teachers in specialized fields, focus on teaching youth in creating their own jobs, teaching them how to build their own businesses?
Remember each small business can create 10-15 jobs depending where you are in the world, and that will increase employment and combat more poverty.
Is this one solution? Please comment.."
I think that entrepreneurial model can give good results in poverty alleviation and creation of employment for youth (I had
Through entrepreneurship youth can create their independence and make brighter future for them selves by them selves.
Every entrepreneur can create brighter future for himself, for his/her family and fellow citizens that work in his/her enterprise, these entrepreneurs makes more GDP for their country and they are an example for other how to achieve success, how to solve their problem of poverty,
unemployment, how to bring basic economical rationality in their lives,...
Entrepreneurship require a huge energy, tenacity, knowledge,
creativity, specific way of thinking, guts,... Youths are those who can with success accept this approach and realize it.
In every country there are different resources that can be
commercialized and used for business (products and services). It is only matter of CREATIVITY, knowledge and organizational abilities of people that live there and their ability to use that resources. But good IDEA is a biggest problem!!! That is why we should teach the poor how to be creative,
how to use resources they live with and how to use them for their good in system of world economy that exists and the world like he is.
Life is too short for changing the world and world system.
Different youth organizations should take a part on promotion and creation of entrepreneurship mentality, exchange of experiences, organizing of different courses as informal learning, consultations, trainings, generate ideas for new job creation, provide information about market opportunities,...
I know that this entrepreneurial model is not so easy applicable in regions that has a lack of resources, but everywhere people can offer and have something to offer that other people need. Entrepreneurship is the
way how pores can create wealth, higher standard for them selves, more wealth for their country (that would be used for education, health, culture, social needs,...) and that will enable their spiritual growth.
Only one or couple entrepreneurs cant make big changes but when entrepreneurship would become accepted by wide range of people (thousands in one country) then it will bring great results.
Entrepreneurship require a big effort, knowledge, boldness,
interpersonal and organizational abilities but it bring results and solve many problems that seen to be unsolvable.

BIBLIOTHECA ALEXANDRINA
|
THE MODERN RE-BUILDING OF THE LIBRARY
The first call to revive the Ancient Library came from Alexandria University, which allocated the land very close to the original location, and established a distinguished Conference Center as part of the whole project. The complex lies in a location facing the sea and close to the modern Alexandria University Complex. Mohsen Zahran, the project manager said " the new library will encourage peace and the exchange of ideas throughout the region and provide a place for scholars of diverse backgrounds to meet."
The Egyptian president adopted the project nationally, and calls were made for international sponsorship from the UNESCO. An organization was founded in 1988 to carry on with that project, and on 25 June 1990, the president laid its first stone. The construction was executed in 1995 by Egyptian, British and Italian companies, with a total cost of US$ 176 million. A “soft opening” took place in October 2001, when the library was experimentally opened to the public for one month.
Designed by a Norwegian architect, the New Bibliotheca Alexandrina takes the shape of a circular diaphragm wall – 160 meters in diameter and 33 meters high - representing the sun. It consists of 11 floors with a total area of 85,405 square meters. The whole complex includes two other libraries (Library for the Blind and Young Peoples' Library), a large convention center, planetarium, four museums (science, calligraphy, manuscripts and archeological) as well as the International School of Information Studies, Center for the Preservation of Rare Books and Documents, as well as research center and exhibition areas. The library is planned to contain 8 million books, 4000 periodicals, 50,000 manuscripts and rare books, 50,000 maps as well as audio-visual and multimedia materials and computer data bases.
In the year 2001, a law was issued to render the library an independent body directly affiliated to the President. The “Council of Patrons” includes the Egyptian President, the French President, the Queen of Spain, Director-General of the UNESCO and other international dignitaries. The “Board of Trustees” is chaired by the First Lady, and Dr. Ismail Serag-El-Din was appointed as Director General.

Where is the truth ?
|
The truth can be found if we connect any information with the whole context of news in which place and in which time it occurs or it
is represented to USA sole and seperate information is infact otherweise useless and dont reviels the reality and must be evaluated in the whole "picture or puzzel".Every Media ,also the West-media is more or less influenced from its origin and reflect mainly the political direktion of its source, but the official
arabic media reflect in partcular and only the official political line.
It is so not neutral and not objective and so also must not be tusted to express only the truth.
We have therefor to use our common sense and our minds to understand
and analyse every information and to read not only the lines but also what is"between the lines ".
But who and how many have the possibility and ability to do so?Therfor it is easy to decieve the general opinion of the majority.
We can easily explain this phanemon if we think about the general opinion for example in the west countries, specialy in the USA concerning the propaganda before the invastegation of Iraq (Maas destrction or ABC iraqi weapons) as reason for the invastegation.
We can list unlimited examples
We have to be careful in evaluating what we hear ,see or read and not to be innocent to believe every thing

The Real System
|
I believe that the current system is dedicated to the failure(as quite other system because this is an inevitable law of the universe).
What could interest us is to know if the fall of this system will be ccompanied or not with a period of destruction and chaos (as for the 1-st world war) it obliges us to return to the previous history of the system.
In fact the foundations of this system rest(base) on shocking principles what is compehensible (outgoing states of a destructvice war and risking to meet itself in the misery and the other emergeants countries finding in all this opportunities to gain maximum of money in a minimum of time...) and so the thoughts of Maltus found in the persons depending on the crown of England such Lord Russel, the brothers Huxley... Persons devoted (who liked nevertheless key roles in the elaboration of the system (O.N.U; U.N.E.S.C.O;...) And who ,the speeches preach maintains lower races in a state of dependence to the nobility and the western privileges).
But this system so formed is henceforth incapable to survive in an atmosphere of peace and sharing of the resources without creating the 'warm' zones to maitain, intact, its influence on the economy of the developing countries, add to this the incompatibility between the Moslem ideology and the ideology of this system and one accumulated so grounds to explain the atmosphere of conflicts in the Middle East This text constitutes one invites on second thought about a system which has no more any reason for living because the reasons which gave it life are past and that in more it becomes source of problems

Why The Internet has become an Important Tool of Marketing?
|
The Internet has established a new relationship between customers and businesses, in which the concept has developed new opportunities by making the reach of customer more reachable for the businesses and the shopping more easier to customers.
The Internet had provided the customer with the freedom of choice and comparisons between products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, consumers are no longer limited to the stores in their cities or towns, not only that but they can avoid the crowds, traffic and parking problems.
